Codaway uses Google Analytics to understand visits, campaign sources, link clicks, and bookings. Depending on your approximate location, analytics may start by default or only after you allow it. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences.

When active, Google Analytics may use cookies and receive pages visited, interactions, campaign labels, and technical information such as browser and device details. Codaway does not send the contact details or project message you enter in the booking form to Google Analytics. If you choose Allow or Decline, we remember that choice in this browser for up to 90 days. Detailed Google Analytics data is configured to be kept for 14 months; aggregate reports may remain available longer. Turning analytics off does not erase information already collected.

Vercel hosts this site and provides an approximate country based on your IP address to help apply privacy settings. A browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps Codaway's Google Analytics off. Your choice does not affect browsing or booking a call.

Booking and email

Cal.com provides the booking calendar. Its resources may load when you visit the booking page or interact with a booking link, even if Google Analytics is off. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any project details you provide. Codaway and the connected calendar and video services receive the information needed to arrange and run the call.

If you followed a campaign link, Codaway may pass its campaign labels to Cal.com to understand where bookings come from. When analytics is active, Codaway may also count a completed booking. Cal.com's handling of booking information is described in its privacy policy.

Google and Cal.com may collect technical information about your activity over time on Codaway and other sites where their services operate. If you email Codaway, we receive what you choose to send and use it to respond to your inquiry and discuss any agreed work.

Changes and questions
